Free State Regional Service Committee OFF MONTH

The Free State Regional Service Committee (RSC)  meets monthly every second Saturday. 

• Even months (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec), are considered On months and the SUBCOMMITTEE MEETINGS MEET.
• The odd months (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov) are considered Off months and the meeting is primarily open forum for RCMs. (11 AM- 2:00 PM RSC)
